Our Seal Martial Arts Adult lessons are full of people like you! Doctors, Nurses, Police Officers, Teachers, Solicitors, Factory Workers, Sales Assistants, House Wives, House Husbands, The list is quite literally endless.

In the adult lessons we teach traditional Japanese Ninjutsu, FMA (Filipino Martial Arts) and Combatives! We look at unarmed combat and how to perform strikes, kicks, combinations, throws, chokes, locks, kata and a whole host of other techniques from 9 traditional schools of martial arts (Ku Ryuha), FMA and Combatives. We also teach the use of over 18 different forms of traditional weaponry. Due to this you must be at least 14 years old to train in the Seal Martial Arts Adult lessons.

All grades are awarded directly from the Seal Martial Arts Kobudo Hombu Dojo and our system goes up to a highest grade of 8th Dan. 

We are also members of the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association (BMABA). This means that all of our instructors are fully qualified, insured, DBS checked and level 3 first aiders.

One to one tuition is also available to adults as we understand how difficult it can be to fit in lessons around your a busy work schedule.
